My occupational therapy background gives me a broad experience in the development and rehabilitation of the neurological, sensory, motor, perceptual, social and psychological aspects of the human being. Yet, my passion and experience with helping others, and my own personal therapy/healing journey, has shifted my interventions towards a more integrated approach to health and healing. My focus is on the patient’s potential and possibilities, rather than dis-abilities or dysfunction.

When you first come in, my goal is to learn what brings joy to your life and what challenges or barriers keep you from enjoying it, no matter your age or diagnosis! Together, we will explore the priorities throughout your therapeutic and healing process. In every session, pain and dysfunction are addressed in the context of your life choices and possibilities. From that perspective, I will help you (and your family, whenever applicable) to look at your progress, your updated goals, and your potential so you can determine the next step in creating the life you want. You will learn to notice, trust, and draw out your inner wisdom in order to transform your life from the inside out.
